Here are our membership categories:
- Individual (1year $AU92 / 2 years $AU170 incl. GST) – For the practising teacher, lecturer, researcher or consultant.
- Organisation ($AU190 incl. GST) – For schools, universities, libraries, other educational institutions and professional associations. Corporate members receive two copies of every mailed publication and all employees of the organisation can attend professional development at the member price.
- Student ($AU50 incl. GST) - Reduced fee membership for fulltime students. We need a photocopy of your student ID card and a signature from your lecturer. Student membership offers essential support for university assignments.
- Overseas ($AU127 no GST) – Membership for individuals outside Australia. Members enjoy access to resources that are relevant and useful wherever English and literacy are taught. Please note: there is no overseas corporate rate.
- Overseas student ($AU97 no GST) - Reduced fee membership for fulltime overseas students. Student ID is required, as above.

It’s easy to pay your membership online. If your membership is about to expire (or has just recently expired) please click here to renew and confirm your address and personal details. If you are joining for the first time, or your membership expired some time ago, join here.
Join up the mail/fax way:
- Download the 12 month membership application form (PDF file, 135KB).
- Post or fax it to us with your credit card details, cheque or money order.
